Xbox Is Hosting A Massive Assassin's Creed Franchise Sale Right Now

I literally have all of them, except for the Ezio Trilogy and Rogue Remastered which I find unnecessary

I paid more than that for Valhalla, haha.

I started Assassin's Creed II last evening, The Ezio Collection, on Series X. It supports FPS Boost (60fps). It looks awesome. The textures are very good. The only AC game I have played and beaten is I (a bit before it received FPS Boost 😅) and I loved it. I want to play them in release order so the second game had to be next although I have most of them already, in Gold Edition. The only one that I haven't bought yet is Valhalla and it's thanks to Ubisoft's sales. You can get the whole series for the price of a Nintendo game 😂.

They are a history lesson. I don't mean how the characters behave (that's not history and I don't care) but the files explaining the architecture, culture and so on. The stories are somehow based on historical events (loosely).

It still winds me up that they did DLC outside of the season pass on Assassins Creed Valhalla

@Banjo- Learning about different periods in history is one of the main reasons i love these games they can be repetitive but the world's Ubisoft build are fun to explore.

@Banjo almost exactly the same here, although i started Ezio collection last year , I'm on Rogue now, also got everything up to Valhalla in gold, except Oddysey bought the ultimate for like 18, once I reach Valhalla it's gonna be less than a tenner for sure 😃, love the loosely historical aspect of it too and the music is awesome especially Ezio collection

@Rockboy247 I think that is just due to the sheer size and scope of Dawn of Ragnarök. Honestly, it could be a standalone game that you could easily get 20 hours out of.

@TheSilverFalcon Music is incredible. AC Valhalla even won a grammy for best soundtrack.

I'd like to pick up some of these games but I'm not giving any money to Ubisoft all the time that Yves Guillemot, CEO and the man who covered up years of rape and abuse at Ubisoft hasn't been held to account.

@Rangers420 True, the map of I and II could be much better and some missions are repetitive but somehow I enjoyed doing everything (except collecting all the flags) in the first game because of the story, characters, graphics, settings, history... The horse riding in the first game is also extremely well done and the game still looks great in spite of NPCs clipping through each other 😂. I'm talking about the first game because I just started the second.

@TheSilverFalcon The music is excellent! We are doing the same, indeed. When I beat The Ezio Collection I'll play III, IV, Rogue... By the time we're ready for Valhalla, the Complete Edition with Dawn of Ragnarok will cost peanuts 😁.
