We all know that the Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, is a massive gamer in his spare time, but it's very rare that he achieves a full completion when it comes to achievements - before this year, the last time he did it was back in 2018.
That all changed a few weeks ago when Spencer finished off every single achievement in Vampire Survivors to date, putting in a massive amount of playtime in the process. He's just done it again this week as well, returning to the excellent Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice to wrap up his second full completion of 2023.
Spencer obviously didn't complete every single achievement this year - in fact, he collected all but two of them back in 2018 and 2019 - but clearly he's been inspired to finish the game off over the past few days.
The Xbox boss mentions in his tweet that he recently visited Ninja Theory as part of his trip to the UK, and hopefully he might have been nailing down a release date for Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2... it looks absolutely incredible so far!
Have you completed all the achievements in Hellblade on Xbox Game Pass? Tell us down below.

Living the dream Phil!
Brilliant game. And one of the few games where headphones are essential. It just doesn't hit the same without them.
Will probably replay it once Hellblade 2 is dated. But it's a bit like wanting to rewatch Watership Down or Requiem for a Dream, harrowing.
@BrilliantBill Totally agreed with you.
@themightyant I will replay soon, because I only have one more Achievement to unlock (the one about collect all the Lorestones). And hopefully, we will hear soon about Hellblade 2.
So he has done 2 basic very easy completions. Why is this a story?
It seems like Phil might have a workaholic personality, he even approaches his gaming like it's work with completionism.
Makes sense though, a lot of big business figures have that personality.
@Sebatrox yes he does it's p3
Not gonna lie, original story wanted me to try out vampire survivors lol still not dipped my toe
@LordFunkalot it’s the definition of “just one more run.” I honestly thought I was going to hate it but here I am with a dozen hours in and still adoring it. It’s simple but complex at the same time.
@Odium vampire survivors is addictive like crack lol I didnt think I would like it by the looks of it but was very very wrong I couldn't stop playing it and got the dlc
@LordFunkalot it's the same for me ...mone more run ....6 hour and many runs later ...Maybe one more
@Martsmall - I downloaded it yesterday and have put 6 hrs in already Lol. It’s an awesome game that is fun to play. I’m loving it. It’s one of those games that time seems to just pass by around you whilst you’re in the hypnotic zone of gameplay
The twitterites against the Xbox camp are whining about how HB2 looks "blurry" and Horizon FW has more character detail. I guess mist effects & chromatic aberration mean nothing; Senua has more life in her eyes and facial expression animation than even Aloy in HFW. And rocks look good in every major game for the last 12 years (ever since tessellation was popularized), with the exceptions being DAI and MEA bc BioWare didn't have full mastery of Frostbite.
@Martsmall it’s insane how addictive it is. I got it on my phone (I was having issues with Cloud) and on Xbox with the DLC because I’ve enjoyed it that much. I’m always finding new things about it!
@Odium @LordFunkalot yeh and I don't even get why it is if I'm honest ,it just looks like a simple idea well put together .... And I can't stop playing it !!!!
I've done all the achievements and still playing which isnt like me
