Xbox Free Play Days is in full swing once again, with Microsoft adding three games to the program for the coming weekend. Diablo 3 is certainly leading the charge this week, a few months out from Blizzard's upcoming sequel.
Here's the full lineup:
As always, remember that you'll need Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to take advantage of these Free Play Days titles. All three will be available to play for free until late on Sunday, March 5th.
As for potentially picking any of these up after their free period, there are some solid options for two Free Play Days titles at least. Human Fall Flat is included in the Xbox Game Pass library (it's also on sale if you'd rather own it), while Diablo 3: Eternal Collection is 67% off as part of this week's Deals with Gold offers.
Xbox Free Play Days - How To Download The Games
- Search for the game on the Xbox Store
- Hit the "Install, Included with Gold" or "Free Trial" button
- Play the game!
Will you be trying out any of these games this weekend? Let us know below.

@BBB this season is good, but in my opinion it goes too easy. I leveled the first character in a blink of an eye (guess, it was something like a couple of hours) and assembled desired build in a day. Getting those boosts and benefits from the altar is not hard, the only thing I had difficulties at the moment was an Ancient Puzzle Ring - had no luck with Kanai's Cube and playing Trag'Oul Death Nova Necromancer is nice for pushing GRs but not the best farming build.
But I do agree with you that Diablo 3 is a fun game for those who want to have a break for some AAA open worlds. It is not overwhelmed with different features like POE nowadays and you can fit any amount of time into the world of Sanctuary: from 5-minutes bounty run to whole days of build optimization. If you are into that kind of things of course.
@BBB hope Diablo 4 will give the same vibes and chill, even though it looks slower and darker.
Never played a Diablo game before, and various people here suggested I start with Diablo 3. Going to give it a try!
@FraserG start with D2R honestly. D3 is more accessible but if you want to know why so many people love Diablo, it's because of of D2.
Also, many of the convenient modernizations in D3 will make D2 feel archaic if played in reverse. Just my 2 cents.
@relaxplease Thanks for the advice! I did want to start with D2R, but considering D3 is part of Free Play Days, I feel like it's the best opportunity to see if Diablo is something I might like.
If I do, I'll probably go and get D2...
