Disney Dreamlight Valley arrived on Xbox Game Pass last month, in early access form at least, which means it's still being built upon post-release. Well, the team at Gameloft has begun teasing its first major content update since launch, and it's set to bring a new villain to proceedings.
The Lion King's Scar is coming to DDV next week, on October 19th, along with a new Star Path; the game's version of a battle pass. As Disney Dreamlight Valley will eventually be a free-to-play title (after it leaves early access), you'll need some in-game currency to grab the new Star Path.
Once Scar has arrived and settled in, developer Gameloft will also be bringing Toy Story to the game, in an update set to arrive this fall. There, you'll be able to explore the 'Toy Story Realm' with Woody and Buzz, along with introducing the two characters to Dreamlight Valley.
Will you be jumping in to Disney Dreamlight Valley to check out Scar? Let us know in the comments!

Looking forward to this. Really addicted to this game.
I'm also kinda curious how the introduction of new characters is gonna go. It's gonna get real crowded real quick unless they add additional biomes.
I hope they fix the get light bulb from walle as me like many others cant clear that task! The game has taken a lot of my time but have enjoyed it a lot.
@Kaloudz As far as I'm aware it's not limited, apologies for the confusion. Edited slightly to clear that up!
