A Plague Tale: Requiem is one of the month's biggest Xbox Game Pass additions, and it's now available to install on Xbox Series X and S two weeks before the game goes live for all subscribers.
As Asobo's rat-infested sequel is now installable, we know its overall file size - and thankfully, this one isn't too chunky. A Plague: Requiem clocks in at just over 50GB on Xbox Series X.
What else do we know about this upcoming Game Pass adventure? Well, the game's runtime was recently revealed, along with its full list of supported languages, and we're so ready to go hands on with this one! A Plague Tale: Requiem hits Xbox Series X|S, PC and Game Pass on October 18th.
Is this a day one Game Pass play? Let us know down below!

Even though I have seen gameplay.
I’m still trying to work out what sort of game this is.
I think it is a linear story game?
Not sure if it’s combat action like GOW?
Not sure if it is totally scripted?
Is it a sort of journey that is played and told with not to much interaction?
@Dezzy70 I wouldn't go into this one without playing the first game if I was you.
Was really looking forward tot his, but currently too many games, not enough time. Will have to wait.
This will be a day 1 play for sure, even when i didn't finish the current game i am playing. I can always play 2 games next to each other. 3 days later Persona 5 also drops and Gotham Knights as well, then i am going to have to chose what to play. Busy times ahead of us
I look at these big downloads and think 🤔 i really can't be bothered with that.
Already installed. I hope I can finish Thief before it unlocks.
Thank you all for advise.
@Dezzy70 @theskelf the only thing I would add is that they've made a point of showing in the trailers that combat will be more of an option in this sequel. She says something along the lines of "I'm sick of hiding, it's time to fight back" and then she knifes some guy's throat.
I'm planning to buy my series x the day before this comes out. Preinstalling it will likely be the first thing I do once everything is set up
