Showcase season is continuing well into September this year it seems! Xbox's Tokyo Games Show livestream takes place later this month, and literally a day before that, Microsoft is now delivering a fresh ID@Xbox showcase for us all.
The team's ID@Xbox fall show goes ahead on September 14th, at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST. Alongside new looks at upcoming Game Pass indies such as Metal: Hellsinger and You Suck at Parking, Xbox is promising announcements on "what’s coming soon to Game Pass".
Coincidentally, September 14th is the exact day that Deathloop's PlayStation exclusivity period is expected to expire, meaning we could see an Xbox Series X|S port imminently. However, this is an indie-focused show, so we're not entirely sure Arkane's FPS will show up here.
Still, we will be getting some Xbox Game Pass announcements during the 90-minute+ show, which is good news of course! We'll bring you all the latest Game Pass reveals as they happen throughout September.
What would you like to see announced here for Xbox Game Pass? Let us know in the comments!

Do these shows really need to be 90+ minutes? I’d watch them if they considered making these less than movie length.
I would be surprised if Deathloop hits xbox this year. It just now hitting playstation plus has me thinking there is another layer to that deal that we didn't know about.
I'm guessing Sony would want a deal for a PS+ game to include it not be available on any other service so maybe it is just not available with gamepass right away. IDK, I am skeptical of Deathloop coming in September.
I think it could very well hit game pass that day...one of the announcements they do where it becomes available immediately....doubt i will play it anytime soon though as I only played it a few months ago on the ps5
I hope we get an announcement next week, not just for GP though. I'd have hoped they would announce a physical copy release date at the same time. Would be strange announcing it at Id@box imo, unless it's as @StylesT says and it's a same day drop. But I'd have assumed an announcement at TGS would be more likely.
@Kaloudz Deathloop is an essential title I’d say, whether you end up liking it or not. I gave it an 8.5/10 myself. The game feels like a Bethesda shooter that pretends to have roguelike elements, even though it’s not a roguelike at all. It’s a bit of a puzzle to figure out, but once you do, the whole puzzle is satisfying. The characters are likable and entertaining and the whole experience can serve as a meta-commentary on the FPS genre. The gameplay is fluid and the level design is great. For me, it just had a few drawbacks where it grated on me a bit. The roguelike facade the game portrays wore me down a little bit. I liked it more in concept than in action, I suppose you could say. And I sort of wanted a little bit more from the game, narratively speaking. It’s definitely an Arkane game in feel, but it’s much more contained than their other titles, for better or worse. Even with the pitfalls for me, I’d recommend anyone at least try it though. It’s unique. Sorry to butt in, but that’s my two cents!
august and september are great months for xbox game pass 😊👌👍❤️✌️
The optimist in me argues that Deathloop will be announced and released on to the Game Pass on the 14th of September.
The cynic in me responds that with rumours of Sony having previously paid to ensure that games do not go on to the Game Pass, that it is therefore highly unlikely that Deathloop will go on to the Service just as PlayStation puts the game on their Game Pass 'equivalent', because Sony will have paid to ensure that it doesn't.
Unfortunately, the cynic tends to win these arguments...
i'm thinking DL and GWT may not come to GP until the deal closes.
