It may have launched way back in 2017 on Xbox, but Cuphead is finally getting a physical release! Yep, just three months after the 'Delicious Last Course' DLC launched, StudioMDHR is bringing Cuphead to retail, in partnership with publisher 'iam8bit'.
For now, a specific date release hasn't been revealed, but a sign up page is already live if you're keen to know ASAP. The developer is angling this release around the game's fifth anniversary, so we'd expect it to launch pretty soon!
Cuphead's long-in-development Delicious Last Course DLC sold incredibly well pretty much right out of the gate, but if you haven't yet got around to picking it up, this physical release is another way to do so.
Will you be adding Cuphead to your physical Xbox collection? Let us know in the comments!

How is this game?
@stefan771 it's a lot of fun, it might be a little frustrating in terms of difficulty at first but it's really all about learning the 3-6 movesets each boss does and then you'll be fine. The levels are relatively short and can be beat in a few minutes but that's because you'll likely get injured a couple of times before you memorize the stage. A tiny bit of perseverance. There are also run and gun levels and a cool leveling up system that lets you try different guns. Great game if you like couch co-op with any gaming buddies.
