Microsoft has officially announced September 2022's Xbox Games with Gold, giving us a look at four more games we'll be able to play at no extra cost with our Gold memberships next month.
In case you missed it, the games are Xbox One titles Gods Will Fall and Double Kick Heroes, along with two backwards compatible Xbox / Xbox 360 offerings in the form of the original Thrillville and Portal 2.
This seemingly marks the final batch of original Xbox and Xbox 360 games that will ever be given away with the Games with Gold program, as announced earlier this year. So, are you happy with the choice on offer for September?
Let us know how you're feeling about September 2022's Xbox Games With Gold below.

Better than usual
They said that Xbox/Xbox 360 games are leaving Xbox Games With Gold in October. Did they mean 1st October?
@Banjo- Yeah, unfortunately!
""Beginning October 1, 2022, the monthly games provided to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Live Gold members via Games with Gold will no longer include Xbox 360 titles."
I've had an XBox for around 2 years and Portal 2 Will be the first game I've bothered to claim. Although I played it back in the day, will be good to have a digital copy
Terrible as always
Oh darn. I bought Portal 2 a few weeks ago!
Portal 2 makes this the best month in a good long while. Decent goodbye to the 360 era of GWG
I don't have a single one of these games so it's a good month for me.
Incidentally I was just looking at Portal 2 on the store and there is one free DLC available.
They just need to end Games with Gold to be honest. This js just getting embrassing.
Portal 2 excellent. Need to load up the Orange box again for a replay first
@FraserG Thank you. At least, we know that we can start purchasing the backwards compatible games that we want and don't have yet.
Never played the portal games so I'll give that a download
I'm pretty happy about Portal 2 tbh. Never played it.
I've been waiting for Portal 2 to go on sale for a few months now, so the fact that Ill be getting it for 'free' is a real bonus. Normally, I pay for something full price, and then it is reduced the following week, or simply put on Game Pass...
