Played through Carrion on Steam Deck and absolutely loved it. Felt really unique due to the feel of movement and the way you interacted with the world, despite essentially being yet another metroidvania with progress gated by the need to acquire upgrades.
Noooo! I put Children of Morta off for too long and now it’s too late.
Enjoyed Carrion. Never got round to Cris Tales but don't mind it was way down the list. Another leaving Game pass post goes by without FOMO.
I was trying to finish Carrion before it left but I failed.... Enjoyed what I did play though
@lookupmore same. Got quite far and suddenly was lost, didnt seem clear where to go next.
@NeutronBomb yeah it was quite confusing, I was a bit lost too. A map would have been helpful
I see Phil is jumping on the bandwagon doing Amber Heard impressions 😂
On topic, the only game imo that’s worthy from that list is Carrion. What a little gem that was.
Played through half of Carrion with my nephew before it left the service. Perfect GP game: cool concept, and the beginning is fun, but eventually I tired of some of the annoying mechanics and the confusing environments.
I'd be a little annoyed if I'd actually paid for the game.
Heavily considering dropping Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising as well.
