Following the reveal of NBA 2K23 earlier this week, 2K has now revealed more of what we can expect from the game on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S when it drops on September 9th, as well as details on the Xbox One version.
The focus is obviously the new-gen version, and that's where 2K is promising "the next evolution of ultra-real gameplay", highlighting "new ways to attack off the dribble and at the rim", and an "intuitive 1-on-1 positional shading system".
Meanwhile, MyCareer is supposedly the most immersive it's ever been in NBA 2K23, allowing you to "hone your game, build your brand, and decide how you write your story on and off the court", as well as take to the all-new City "primed with breathtaking views, arenas, and courts" to compete with and against other MyPlayers.
The Xbox One version is also focusing on refined gameplay along with a last-gen only "swashbuckling basketball journey aboard a spacious cruiseliner" for MyCareer, but is missing some of those new-gen specific features.
As usual, 2K is separating the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions on the Microsoft Store, with the last-gen edition clocking in at slightly less, or you can pick up one of the special editions to get both games in one package.

Hmm... sounds just a boring as every other basketball game they have made since Double Dribble.
Kinda off topic. But this is main reason really despise or never care to watch the NBA - - the whole brand "thing".
It's more all about them, not the team, not the organization, not the fans, etc. Just. All. About. Me!
Lot sports like that? Yea. I'm not delusional. But in the NBA it's rampant.
They literally say the exact same thing every year, and perhaps some day it will be true when they drop the PS4 and XONE version.
