Xbox has revealed that we're getting another feature-length show a couple of days after this Sunday's Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase! That's right, Team Xbox will be bringing additional trailers and deep dives into the biggest announcements from the main show.
The 'Xbox Games Showcase Extended' takes place Tuesday, June 14th, just two days after the big show. Xbox says you can expect to see "new trailers, take deeper looks at the news from the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase and speak with some of your favorite game creators" during this extended show.
Oh, and it won't be a brief one either. The extended show will be roughly 90 minutes long, about what we're expecting the main showcase to be as well, all things considered.
Regardless of how long the show will be, we're pretty excited that we're going to get even more Xbox content next week. The extended show kicks off June 14th at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
Will you be tuning into both Xbox showcases? Let us know down in the comments!

I'm just glad this is at a decent hour.
It's like last year, they had the deep dive last year as well, it mainly consists of interviews with devs.
@Chaudy We did get some interesting announcements last year as well though, such as the Xbox Design Lab returning, A Plague Tale: Innocence's next-gen upgrade reveal, small Hellblade 2 update etc.

Should be worth a watch still!
@FraserG yes that's true, worth a watch
Shall definitely watch Sunday of course.
Depending on that outcome to see if the follow up Tuesday is worth it or not.
Wooo, XBox Treehouse FTW!
I'm glad, I was hoping they'd do this. I was surprised how good last year's was. I love the format of the big presentation with trailers followed by the deeper looks. Nintendo's was probably the best at the format, but they've been kind of squandering it in the Switch/post-Iwata era. MS's is shorter but was refreshingly deep last time.
This is how you do a show. All the extra fluff in on the side for those that want it but the main show is just games games games.
@NEStalgia maybe I'm misremembering or was deep in Halo Infinite pre-launch hype but I didn't really appreciate the Halo Infinite "deep dive" last year as it didn't present anything more than what we'd learned from the initial announcements. Didn't feel like a deep dive at all. I remember the Flight Sim one being pretty decent though.
That being said. Loved the format otherwise. I hope they get Paris back. He's a great host.
@ParsnipHero i think both Paris and Colt Eastwood went down to do some recordings so we'll see.
This is my favourite time of year. I watch everything except the Nintendo showcase. Then I start to cry when I realise how much I will be spending on my favourite pastime (not that that will stop me from doing so)...
they're going all-in, i like it
Todd Howard here we come!
The last couple of deep dives were not that at all more like extended recap with padding I hope this time is an actual deep dive
Hopefully "deep-dives" is referring to extended gameplay trailers, with solid release dates and not just announcements, dev storys, behind the scene looks at games that are a ways off, etc.
@ParsnipHero Yeah, I definitely remember the Flight Sim part, and don't even remember Halo being part of it, so I'm sure you're right about that. Then again Halo still isn't ready yet, so maybe there just wasn't much to talk about
Agree, Paris was a fantastic host, hoping he's back this year as well. I like when they have "regular" hosts instead of changing them up all the time, so I'd be happy if he was a staple host for some years.
@NEStalgia haha, well even as an avid Halo Infinite player I can’t disagree with what you said.
As I recall it was just rewatching bits of the trailer again and hyping up BTB. I don’t know what I was expecting just something extra but it was a bit of a rehash. No doubt I was too invested.
I love when they talk with the developers and community managers and we get to see their passion behind the game. Really glad this is coming back. I really enjoyed listening to the age of empire team and Microsoft flight simulator team last year.
Hit you with news, info, trailers etc and then, after that's all sunk in, come back and go more in depth, talk with devs, answer some of the questions we were left asking etc...
Cool - I like it!! Looking forward to watching both...
