We know a lot of people have been waiting for this one, and it's just been confirmed! EA's FIFA 22 will be joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as part of EA Play next week on Thursday, June 23rd.
"Powered by football, FIFA 22 brings the game even closer to the real thing with fundamental gameplay advances and a new season of innovation across every mode. And as an EA Play member, you’ll get to experience it for yourself starting June 23 when FIFA 22 comes to The Play List."
We had some positive things to say about FIFA 22 when it launched last year, calling it the series' "best outing on the pitch in years", at least in terms of the Xbox Series X version.

Remember that we're offering 10% off all Xbox Game Pass subscriptions at the Pure Xbox store throughout June. See the full range here, or stock up below – remember to use code PXBOX10 at checkout to secure your discount!

Fantastic news. Don't care for football at all but I do like the career mode options. Even at £8.99, it wouldn't be worth it for me. Played a fair chunk of FIFA 21 so am looking forward to give this a go
Sweet. I used to play FIFA a lot back in the day. I bought FIFA 22 on my Switch so I had a game to play with my friend who moved across the country (don’t worry, I did not pay full price for it lol). But yeah, I would like to play the actual FIFA 22 and not the Legacy Edition stuff. Glad it’s finally coming even if it was inevitable.
This is good news, finally as it was late this year compared to previous years.
But the seasons finished.....
Been on PS+ a month!!
