Update (Fri 10th Jun, 2022): We've now got a date for Cult of the Lamb, as revealed at the 2022 Devolver Digital showcase! It'll be coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S on August 11th, 2022.

Original story (Sat 26th Feb, 2022): We've got another day one Devolver Digital game on the way to Xbox this year in the form of Cult of the Lamb, described as "utilising a powerful gameplay loop of base building and dungeon crawling". It's got our attention!

The game is said to "cast players in the role of a possessed lamb saved from annihilation by an ominous stranger, and must repay their debt by building a loyal following in his name."

There's no release window for this one yet outside of "2022", so let's hope it's not too far away.

Start your own cult in a land of false prophets, venturing out into diverse and mysterious regions to build a loyal community of woodland worshippers and spread your Word to become the one true cult.
