If you've yet to try Assassin's Creed Valhalla and you're wondering what the fuss is about, you'll get a chance to play the game with Xbox Free Play Days next week, as long as you're an Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass Ultimate subscriber.
Earlier this week, the team at Ubisoft confirmed that Valhalla will be having a "Free Weekend Event" between Thursday, February 24th and Monday, February 28th, allowing you to play as much as you can during that time period.
As you can see, Assassin's Creed Valhalla's title update 1.5.0 will be released a couple of days earlier next week on February 22nd, and the massive expansion Dawn of Ragnarok is now just a few weeks away, launching on March 10th.
If you've yet to try Valhalla, we highly recommend it — it's still one of the best games released on Series X and S so far!
Will you be checking out Valhalla with Free Play Days next week? Let us know in the comments.

They couldn't have picked a better time for this... ain't nobody busy with Elden Ring, Horizon, or Cyberpunk. 🤔
@FoodForSammy Yeah this has been a super busy first couple months for gaming. I’m still playing through Legends Arceus but there are so many titles I still want to get. Valhalla looks fun but there are just too many other titles that just released that look more enticing.
@DeathByLasagna Yh, I'm trying to get through Nobody Saves The World before Friday. It's a great game, though. Highly recommended!
I tried to take advantage of the Rider's Republic free play, but when I accessed it from the Free Play Days list it showed as available for purchase and nothing else. I'm a game pass ultimate subscriber. This happen to anyone else? I've been wanting to try AC Valhalla since it came out and would love for this to work!
@FoodForSammy , Nobody Saves The World is great indeed,
finished it, now for the last achievement 'nobody saves the world twice', doing it all over again (with maxed out characters), pretty tough dungeons this time.... but still a lot of fun, also recommend it highly to people who skipped it, it's so well done, and absolutely flawless, no bugs whatsoever, in my experience, which is rare these days.
And Valhalla.... I'm still at Assasins Creed III, and got all AC's in my collection up until Valhalla, so every weekend I play a little AC, and then by 2030 I'll be ready for buying/trying Valhalla...
@TheSilverFalcon Oh, I didn't know there was a New Game Plus... Will have to give that a spin at some point. I did encounter one bug myself... in one dungeon my turtle would occasionally get stuck inside some rock which would force me to quit out of the game and restart the dungeon. Not a big deal though and I've been having an absolute ball experimenting will all the different characters.
still lost on sea in Asassins Creed Black Flag in Switch for me loolllll.. actually great game but didnt find the commitment to finish it though
Still no sign of Ubisoft +.
I'm holding off anything ubi until that arrives.
Not worth it , worst assassins creed game ever. Avoid like the plague
