Update: The following games, platforms and dates are now confirmed! We've updated the table below.
Original story: The latest batch of Xbox Game Pass titles has leaked a little early! Microsoft looks set to unveil this batch formally in just a few hours' time, but an image discovered on the official Xbox website has already revealed what's on the way.
Dates for some of these have yet to be confirmed, but we'll fill in the blanks when they're announced later this afternoon. We've also included two extra games in the table below — both of those are live on Game Pass as of today.
Here's what's coming to Xbox Game Pass over the next week-or-so:
Date | Game | Platform |
January 18 | Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 18 | Nobody Saves The World | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 20 | Death's Door | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 20 | Hitman Trilogy | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 20 | Pupperazzi | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 20 | Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 20 | Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege | PC |
January 20 | Windjammers 2 | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 27 | Taiko no Tatsujin: The Drum Master | Console, PC |
In addition to these, just four games will be leaving Xbox Game Pass at the end of January, and fortunately they aren't any of the major titles that were suggested by the Microsoft Store on PC recently. Phew!
Which of these Xbox Game Pass titles are you most looking forward to? Let us know in the comments.

Death's Door! Awesome news!
There we go, Death’s Door, finally!
Danganronpa and Taiko no Tatsujin are a big win! Xbox is showing that they are caring for smaller japanese games
Backlog out of control, gone completely bonkers
@JudaiMasters
Agreed.
Still hoping for Groove Coaster and /or Project Diva to make an appearance this year.
Death's Door is amazing stuff, I highly recommend you all give it a whirl!
Looking forward to getting to Death’s Door. I wasn’t waiting for the gamepass release (just the time to play it) but this will do nicely.
Taiko is gold! Such a great game and will be much easier to get to work with drum controllers on PC! My DK Bongos finally gets a new use!
I’ve already platinum’d Death’s Door on PS5 and played through it once again on Switch, but now I’m gonna have to play it yet again on Xbox.. it’s just sooooo good. In fact, it was my personal Game of the Year for 2021.
@Alduin It’s Souls-like in the same way that Hollow Knight is considered a Soulslike. There is some challenge to the game, sure, but it’s more the atmosphere and story-telling that has similarities rather than actual combat. I’d say Death’s Door is just as close to 2D Zelda as it is to Souls games. At any rate, I’d call it an isometric 3D action game with a little bit of a difficulty curve, but that difficulty curve is definitely manageable. The bosses and enemies have distinct patterns. Once you learn how they react and get the timing down, it’ll be a piece of cake. Being on Gamepass really leaves little excuse not to try it. It’d be one of the better games on the service, in the top 10% of titles, I’d say.
Oooooh Death's Door is a good 'un!
@Nic-Noc20th-C Since Sega and Microsoft have a very good relationship right now (just look at Yakuza) Project Diva might actually be not that unrealistic. Just depends on when the next Diva game releases or if they just port the PS4 or Switch game to Xbox.
Death's Door! Was just about to pull the trigger.
Wasn't deliberately waiting but patience wins the day again.
Now to build that time machine...
Damn, I knew I should have waited on death's door. Bought it months ago but yet to even start it
Woah! This has got to be one of the most stacked release windows in GP for me so far. They all seem great except for the one game I haven't heard of. Feeling the itchies again when you have too many games, but too little time.
@PapaGlitch Same lol. I got it just this past sale though.
Hmm bought deaths door for switch at the weekend so checks out! 😂
MICROSOFT BUYING ACTIVISION FOR $70bn!!!

Death's Door was my favorite game of last year, it's going to be remembered as a modern classic.
@Alduin its nothing like the dark souls style games whatsoever. It's more like the old Zelda games but a bit tougher.
I wonder whether the Taiko game is a remaster of the PS2 game or a new game.
I'll give Rainbow Six a go..
Nobody saves the world is awesome by the way, very addictive, very fun, great graphics
Death's Door, baby.
I'll pause my run on Halo just for playing this.
Yeah!
I tried Danganrompa last night... that was the most boring and all around un-fun game I have played in quite a while.
Nobody Saves The World is really fun, I played the demo recently so I knew what to expect. Give that one a try for sure
So no excuse to not try Death's Door.
Wow so much good stuff this month. I do admit I really can't wait to play Taiko on my Xbox. I'm going to be so busy though.
Taiko no Tatsujin: The Drum Master looks interesting, i will give a try. The rest of those games are for kids and those who will soon get carpel tunnel syndrome.
Everyone praising Death's Door, try Nobody Saves the World too! It's from the creators of Guacamelee and plays great!
Deaths Door is one I really want to try 😀
Ooh Pupperazzi looks like fun!
