Head of Xbox Phil Spencer is a true gamer and we know he loves to spend his time in titles like Destiny 2. More recently it's been 343's hit Halo Infinite.
So, what's he been up to lately? It seems he's now checking out the gritty cyberpunk action RPG, The Ascent — making use of the capture feature.
If you've not played this game yet, you can check it out on Xbox Game Pass. It offers both single-player and co-op multiplayer, local and online, and twin-stick-like shooter controls if you're playing on console.
It was recently rated for PS4 and PS5 as well, suggesting it won't be an Xbox console exclusive much longer.
Have you tried out The Ascent yet? Leave a comment down below.

i wish phil showed avowed.
Despite lacking support for HDR or Dolby Vision, this is one stunning looking game.
I finished this a while back and really enjoyed it. Great looking game too - especially when you consider how small the dev team is (only 12 people I think).
Never got into this one. My friends and I played for about an hour and just kinda never went back. I also don't think it looks THAT good, but to each their own. This one just wasn't for me.
I really need to revisit this one. The detail in the environment is just incredible. I can almost feel the humidity and grit of the city in my soul!
My only complaint is the tiny text is difficult to read from my couch.
Played it at launch and absolutely loved it!
I found it so good infact, that it made my Top 5 games of 2021 list haha
I think 12 people made this. Stunning looking game…which they’d add the first person mod to the console versions.
Wouldn’t be surprised in Xbox try and buy them…imagine what they could do with a big budget and more than 12 People…
I almost 100% completed this game... Just waiting for them to patch the game so my last 2 achievements will pop for me. Otherwise, i thoroughly enjoyed the game.
