Good news if you like using touch controls with Xbox Cloud Gaming, as the team has added another ten games to the lineup including the likes of Sable, Astria Ascending and The Gunk — although the latter releases on Thursday.
Here's the latest list of Game Pass titles with bespoke touch controls:
- Astria Ascending
- Backbone
- Bug Fables: The Everlasting Sapling
- Dicey Dungeons
- Fae Tactics
- I Am Fish
- One Step From Eden
- Ring of Pain
- Sable
- The Gunk (Coming Soon)
In case you missed it recently, it was revealed that touch controls were proving highly popular on Game Pass, with almost 20% of xCloud players using them exclusively. In other words, expect them to stick around for the long term!

Nice additions, was halfway through Backbone before it got pushed into the backlog, now I can play when at work.
@Alduin Pretty sure the whole point of it is when you don't have access to your controller.
The touch controls are bloody awful. I know they are there for when you don’t have access to a controller but they are just so fiddly. All very well adding them but they are just not fit for purpose
@Alduin I agree that some games don't make sense for it. I only find it useful for slower paced games. It's perfect for turn-based ones.
@Trmn8r yes agree, dicey dungeons is a perfect example
if only cloud gaming wasnt absolutely sh*thouse on ios this would be a good thing.
I might use this to whittle away at Bug Fables before bed. Alternatively I might just give up on BF entirely instead.
