Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 made a fantastic impression when it released last year, but we haven't heard anything about a new entry in the THPS series since — although fans think Activision is teasing something on social media.
It's been pointed out that the Tony Hawk team has been including "12 < 312" in a couple of recent pieces of artwork, as you can see in the images below:
Interestingly, Activision seems to have been doing the same thing for Crash Bandicoot, as a Wumpa logo appeared on a skateboard for some artwork back at Thanksgiving, appearing to hint at a long rumoured Crash game called "Wumpa League" — or at least, that's what certain fans believe.
You'd think that a new Tony Hawk would make sense, especially considering the success of Pro Skater 1+2, but it's worth keeping in mind that developer Vicarious Visions has now been merged into Blizzard Entertainment ,so a new team would have to take on the IP. That's a big challenge for whoever steps up to the plate!
What do you want to see next from the Tony Hawk series? Let us know down in the comments below.

I hope it’s either. 3/4 remake to follow up the last one, or a new underground style story.
If this one will have a free next gen update that'd be sick. Still haven't picked the remake up.
A 3/4 remake please. Providing it has the same effort put into it as the 1/2 remake would suit me just fine..
One of CKY band members said they’d recorded new music for a new THPS game last summer. So I live in hope.
Hopefully it’s “Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4”, with Wolverine (and any other guests) included, to make up for how Spider-Man didn’t feature in 1+2!! ^_^
3+1+2=6. Thps 6 incoming
I hope that it's 3+4. That would complete the original collection.
Well I sure hope it's better than THPS5
