Although Forza Horizon 5 received a lot of praise on release, since its public launch the online and multiplayer component has been troubled with ongoing issues.
Playground already rolled out an update and hotfix earlier this month to improve the overall state of multiplayer and online, and now it's released another update. The team also notes how it's constantly working on updates.

There's other cars in my Forza. Something must be wrong.
I had a weird bug the other day where I started a race, the ground, shortly after the start line would turn all powder blue, and the cars would all just magnetize onto each other. I could go back to the open world just fine and then every time I'd enter the race it would happen again. It was a kind of hilarious youtube-worthy bug, but a simple restart fixed it, and I think it had to do with the Christmas decorations (which is awesome!) going live.
There were a few stealth changes in the last patch that went unnoticed. They removed the Playground and Turn10 logos that you've been required to watch to start up FH since forever, finally in this one you don't have to wait for those logo screens anymore!
They also in one of the patches changed the intro movie (panning over the flowers and the various scenes shown before pressing "any button"). It used to be so much faster, and it's considerably slowed down, which feels weird if you're used to the old one, and they made changes to some of the scenes in it. (Drag lights removed from the drag footage, etc.)
People seem pretty annoyed that they removed the drag light trees that were in FH4. Early footage showed them in 5, and they were in the intro movie which people assumed meant they were coming back, but they've since removed them from the movie, so it seems permanent they're gone. The main festival strip still has the barriers that surround the lights on the strip (you tend to run into them a lot when doing the danger sign there) but the lights themselves are gone.
Have to admit it's been a bit of a buggy mess this game. Crashes to dashboard on start up since the last update when loading a race or just starting. This week's treasure hunt is uncompleteable if you've done all trailblazers 3 stars. Traffic seems improved but still lifeless.
It's an absolutely fantastic game, but by the time they get all the issues ironed out I can't help but feel people will have moved onto something else.
The gameplay is rock solid and fantastic, but there are so many niggling small things with the game that just eat away at my enjoyment.
Apparently they are looking into the Blazing Thunder treasure hunt, its currently bugged if you have already done all the trailblazers. I only had one left to 3 star but I did it in the wrong car and not the Alumni so I am locked out. They reckon they will find a way of giving us the Forzathon points before the Series is out so you can gey the Min, Meet Max achievement.
@TuckNorris85 I doubt they'll fix the bugged Series achievement. There was one for series 1 where you had to do an expedition as a daily challenge but if you'd already done them all, it also didn't register.
The common theme seems to be that they didn't count on anybody completing the game they made...
Traffic and multiplayer convoy issues fixes? Alright, let's give it a new try. Again.
