Xbox 20th Anniversary Special Edition

Xbox is celebrating its 20th anniversary and as part of this, it's released a new Special Edition Xbox Series X|S controller.

In case you didn't know, it contains a hidden surprise. If you flip it over and remove the battery compartment lid, inside you'll find a signature from the head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, and his famous words "when everybody plays, we all win".

That's not the only hidden surprise of the Xbox Series X|S anniversary controller - when you connect it to your Xbox, you'll also unlock a 20th anniversary dynamic background. Here's a bit extra about the design of it:

"Sleek and sentimental – all in one package. The 20th Anniversary Special Edition controller is a fresh spin on the translucent green of the original Xbox Debug kit. The body of the controller features a translucent black finish with silver internals so you can see every detail. The nostalgic, green Xbox button brings us back to the first green Xbox logo. The iconic color can also be found on the back grips and around the hybrid D-pad."
