We've finally got our hands on Halo Infinite multiplayer, but will, unfortunately, have to wait until December 8th to play the campaign starring the one and only Master Chief.
In the meantime, the folk over at IGN have released an exclusive video of the game's campaign, showing off five minutes of gameplay from 'The Conservatory' - a mission you'll encounter a few hours into the story mode.
The gameplay also shows off a battle with the new enemies known as Skimmers, and the Cindershot - a new weapon. And don't worry, apart from this, there are no story spoilers in this footage. Enjoy!

This looks incredible. Is it December 8th yet? Can't wait
Trying to stop myself getting hyped but between this and IGNs preview video it is getting harder.
On a sadder note, been loving multiplayer with my friend, together we played all the original Halos co op on day one. Had to tell him yesterday that the co op won't release til next year. I want to hold off and play it with him but don't think I can.
@SacredPYRO Nah, don't do that to yourself, pal
The co-op update will be the perfect excuse to do ANOTHER campaign run, with you friend !
The guns and their animations look great! This clip looked great. I do worry about the new AI being a bit annoying.
Still not sure about this. Obviously your standard wave shooter part where you're surviving till something downloaded or whatever - we've all played it a million times before. What stood out here though was just how few enemies it threw at the player...and the lack of challenge those seem to put up. Not exactly thrilling was it...against the premise of surviving the clock.
Also the brutes, maybe others, don't seem to react to light sources properly. I've noticed it before but it really stood out here towards the end of the video.
Maybe both things are very minor. But, though I'm really looking forward to this, it still feels it's being rushed out to me
