We're almost there, folks! Forza Horizon 5 will officially be launching with Xbox Game Pass this Tuesday, November 9th, and the good news is that you won't be waiting around all day to start playing.
As you can see from the image above, the release time for Forza Horizon 5 is "midnight for your countries most Eastern time zone". This means it will release at 00:00 ET / 00:00 GMT (and 21:00 PT on Nov 8th).
"While FH5 on Xbox/Windows is releasing at 12:01 AM local time for each region, Steam editions will release globally at 12:01 AM Eastern time in the USA (ie, New York City). USA is UTC-4 for Premium Early Access and then switches its clocks to UTC-5 on November 7th, which may affect your local time conversion for general access for Standard and Deluxe Editions on November 9th."
If you haven't done it yet, we highly advise pre-installing Forza Horizon 5 now so that you're ready to go when the game arrives on Game Pass this Tuesday. Be warned that it's over 100GB in size on Xbox!

I've been playing since Thursday afternoon. Game is great. Easy to get lost in.
Just started playing it
I'm playing this tomorrow night. I'm not starting the game after midnight....I'll be up until 4 or later and be screwed for work. Tuesday night until 2am if totally fine lol
My Xbox has already fast-traveled to New Zealand ^^
@davidko When are you able to play by doing that?
Does it release at midnight on cloud gaming as well?
@Arcnail about 10 hours earlier for me, but that depends on what time zone you live in
@davidko Ya I'm est.. by using a conversion tool it looks like it'll be 6am which should work, will check when I get home
i take it these are also times for if you've brought the game as well?

My Xbox took its second trip to New Zealand, after another one two weeks ago to play Guardians of the Galaxy. Love that after all this years this is still possible.
Game is great. Really enjoying it!
Been playing since early access started. I can’t wait to have everyone playing so the multiplayer stuff will be more fun.
Got this physically today and find it pretty shocking that roughly 12GB of 114GB is actually on the disc. It's an awful practice that is clearly designed to force people towards digital distribution rather than owning a game you can play out of the box.
