Hey there, golfing enthusiasts! If you were at all looking forward to EA Sports PGA Tour, we've got a bit of an update.
EA has announced it's "shifting" the upcoming game's launch, so it will no longer arrive in Spring 2022. Based on the wording, fans aren't entirely sure if the release will be delayed or brought forward.
"Hey golf fans, we wanted to let you know that we are shifting the launch date of EA Sports PGA Tour. We're excited to bring championship golf to you and will be providing more information on our launch plan in the coming months."
While many are convinced this is a delay, there are some fans who seem to be quite optimistic about this update. The message from EA could suggest a sooner-than-expected release, but it's almost certainly been pushed back.
How do you feel about this update? Will you be trying this out when it does eventually arrive? Comment below.

EA deploying the corporate jargon you’d expecting from these gaming suits.
I work in marketing and always tell clients to just keep it simple, tell people straight and stop using fluff words. No one is fooled.
I didn't pirate the game. I shifted the point of payment to a nonparticipating independent third party and realized the potential of indirect digital distribution models.
@Kienda That's definitely more respectful of people's intelligence. These days there is far too much corporate newspeak.
