If you're a keen streamer, then you'll be glad to know that Xbox is bringing back the ability to stream gameplay to Twitch directly from the dashboard, with the feature rolling out first to select Xbox Insiders.
Here's what the feature looks like, as-per Xbox employee Eden Marie on Twitter:
If you've been selected for this feature, you can find it by navigating to the 'Capture and Share' tab and choosing 'Live streaming'. Then, once you've linked your Twitch account, you'll be able to hit the 'Go Live' button to begin.
This feature will roll out to more Xbox Insiders and eventually the public over the coming weeks and/or months, but Marie says the feature is "totally early days", so it looks like this one might be in testing for quite a while.
Happy with the addition of built-in Twitch streaming on the Xbox dashboard? Let us know down below.

Ah, it'll work just like the Mixer integration did then. Lovely. 👍🏻
This is great! I really like streaming to Mixer from my Xbox. Any idea if we’ll be able to have a chat window on screen like Mixer did?
This is awesome, now we need the option to stream to youtube and a native discord app to stream via discord
Mixer was superior to twitch in every way.
I miss mixer to this day. And I do not even steam.
@Royalblues Unfortunately this a standard Microsoft business practice under Nadalla. If something is not making a gazillion billion dollars with 2 weeks of release he cancels it. NEVER allowing for an opportunity to grow and prove itself.
Nadalla has lot famboys. But I really think he is not that fantastic.
Anyone believes Xbox would still be around today if he was running Microsoft back then is swimming many laps in that river in Egypt.
