They need to show some gameplay
Yeah another remaster, but this time a remaster of a remaster I think 😂
I will be busy playing new games
Physics 2
Farcry 6
FH5
Halo Infinite
Elden ring Jan 2022
@FraserG As I’ve mentioned over on PushSquare, I discovered that the PS5 version is also £54.99 so unless the price changes I think we can expect the Series X/S versions to also be £54.99.
For $60? No way. Maybe next year when it is on sale with some extra microsoft points I have built up. Halo and Forza will be keeping me busy
@Dezzy70 Elden Ring got delayed, still plenty to play
Just seen the trailer, actually looks alright
Getting this on Switch for the novelty, but it's cool this is on Game Pass.
Can we all just appreciate that the San Andreas part is coming to Gamepass? That's enough to TRY out whether you like the upgraded stuff.
Huh one part of the game is on gamepass?
I just watched the trailer, that is an impressive remaster it looks fantastic!
Glad San Andres is releasing separately, is the only one I really want to go back to. And GP what a bonus!
@StylesT Smart choice I think, if we like it, we might buy the other two.
I bet Phil was trying to get all three on gamepass though
@Chaudy
Forget that in the excitement
February 25th now, fingers crossed.
Cheers.
Did not see that San Andreas on game pass
Good grab I guess.
Watched the video, not being funny but you can only polish an ageing game so much and it really does show.
Bring on FH5 and all that is new.
Too expensive ..if it was £30 I'd get it
The polished character models look straight out of Psychonauts haha
According to an insider there is a trailer hidden on gta 3 remastered for gta 6. November 6th it will be leaked apparently. Let's see if It happens
0 interest, was thinking of finally playing these but can't get into stuff like this.
New lick of paint….new price….
No thanks.
Crazy times we live in where this has become the norm.
" ... using Unreal Engine to make these classics more vibrant and more immersive than ever "
Nah, Its still renderware.
That Unreal Engine rumor was misleading.
If they're doing it in UE, then it should be a Remake. But its just a remaster.
So ... Its using UE4 as a frontend for various UI elements for the trilogy's bundle/common launch menu.
Grand Theft Auto Trilogy remasters are being developed by Rockstar Dundee, which previously worked on the Halo: The Master Chief Collection under the name Ruffian Games.
The same devs used UE4 frontend for the MCC collection's UI and menus previously.
This remaster is not actually being made in Unreal Engine.
Its the same ol' GTA III,VC, SA code made using Renderware. Just spruced up a bit. Similar to Halo MCC.
The characters now look like straight up cartoon characters, it looks weird to me, not that they were THAT realistic before but it seems like a different direction.
Been saying forever now that all a lot of games need is a refresh on lighting and resolution bump. And this pretty much shows it off.
Unfortunately the only one I'm interested in is Vice City and I'm not paying $60 just to play that one.
Lazy port. 25$ maybe but not full price.
GTA V graphic level was too much for them ?
I think the remastered visuals look good for a PS2 game, I'm definitely getting this, This is gonna be so much fun..
Hopefully the soundtracks haven't changed.
How can it only run at 4k 60fps on series X & Ps5 sure it looks abit better but they're still PS2 / og Xbox games at the core
Sooo question?
Game Uk has pre orders for the disc edition for Xbox one PlayStation 4 and switch. But not ps5 and series x. Are they update upgrades or coming later ? I can’t pre order until I know -.-
Looks good to me. Three classic games with a substantial(ish) graphical overhaul at a good price (when you consider the current market). I'm in.
