Whoa, I didn't even know there was an event today! More E3 for all practical purposes. I'm skipping the summary, and I'll watch the full show tonight!

@NEStalgia It was very decent and elaborated a lot on things from the main event. Also for the first time ever the host was actually a decent, genuine and likeable person. Which happens rarely in E3 😂

Thanks for the recap. On a bit of a self congratulatory note but I'm just so excited I've finally secured my Xbox Series X! At long last I've got ahold of one. Wahoo!.

I think Red Dead 2 just dropped on GamePass…? It wasn’t in there before right? Or is this just the online multiplayer thing. It looks like two separate things when I searched for it on GamePass. 🤷‍♂️

@P3nguinprisM Red Dead 2 or Red Dead Online? RDO came to Game Pass a month or so ago, I believe.

@Nerdfather1 It says Red Dead 2 and shows RDO as a separate thing. But I’m not sure. I’m downloading it now to see.

@P3nguinprisM I fell for that. It installs online and then tells you that you have purchase the campaign.

Xbox are really trying hard and the communication is excellent. Once the games start coming out very soon, they should get even more of a better response.
They just need to tip the scales more some how with the general public better, games and game pass will help.
They need that trendy image more.

@P3nguinprisM I noticed that during the xbox unlocked sale. Saw that rdr2 had the [GAMEPASS] stamp, on the marketplace.

Enjoyed the extended look at Psychonauts 2. Most disappointing absence was Starfield. Not surprised, I just really want to see gameplay. Next E3 then, sigh.

I like the format of the main E3 showcase being just games, games and more games and then having a separate deep dive a few days later. I hope that they keep this format going forward.

That show was actually pretty great! While technically not "E3" it really was as it was intentionally connected to the main E3 event, and in a normal year, would have aired on the final day of E3. It honestly got me into a few games I wasn't into strongly before, like Flight Sim. And between the two events I walked away overwhelmed by the amount of games I want to play in a "slow" year. I won't be able to get to them all, for sure. The backlog will grow. And lets not talk about 2022.....

WHY do I have a PS5, again? There's like 8 games, including my PS4 backlog, I actually want to play on it that aren't 8 year old ports of Japanese Vita games that'll probably get ported to Switch. Danganronpa......yep....there goes another.
