There's been a lot of hype surrounding upcoming Xbox console exclusive Twelve Minutes over the past year - especially because of its star-studded cast list - and now we've got an actual look at some raw gameplay from the title.
This is courtesy of IGN, which has debuted exclusive gameplay alongside a commentary from the game's writer-director Luis Antonio, who walks us through the basic premise of the game throughout the video.
In a nutshell, Twelve Minutes takes place over a 12-minute time loop, in which your character retains their memory of every loop, and has to use that knowledge to try and uncover the mystery of what's happening in the story - and unlock new ways to progress. Your character (the husband) is played by James McAvoy, the wife is played by Daisy Ridley, and the police officer is played by Willem Dafoe. Talk about a Hollywood cast!
There's still no release date for the game as of yet, but it's reportedly coming "soon." We're looking forward to this one!

I am really looking forward to this game. It just looks like such a cool experience.
Though, animation looks a little janky (but that's entirely forgivable in my book).
Damn it. Color me intrigued.
This developer is portuguese like myself and my mind is blown!
This has been on my radar since it was revealed a year or two back. Ryan McCaffrey at IGN has been singing it’s praises since then and every time I see it it gets more intriguing.
