Microsoft has announced that it's teaming up with Warner Bros. to give two lucky fans the chance to be part of creating the Space Jam: A New Legacy game, set to release as a free perk with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate next year.
Starting December 14 through December 30, fans ages 14 and up will be able to submit the game ideas they think will be a slam dunk at the official contest website. All you have to do is review the Official Rules, select the gaming genre of your choosing using a key image and describe your game idea in less than 500 words.
The two winners will see their ideas brought to life, as well as receive a whole bunch of prizes including a personalised Xbox Series S, a private friends and family screening of the film, and much more.
Additionally, Microsoft is hosting virtual workshops on game creation as part of this partnership, available for coders of all ages. You can register for these over at the Space Jam: A New Legacy part of the Microsoft website, and they're also set to run on most days leading up to the 30th of December 2020.

Should be an arcade style / NBA Jam style game with all the characters having special moves and power ups. The commentary has to be legendary though!!!!
Ah no. It’s probably gonna suck either way
@WesEds Sounds like you got no good ideas
When I think of space jam I think of chicken nibbles because I was eating some as a kid while playing the game lol.
@Trmn8r movie tie in games usually turn out bad, movie sequels with many years between them also usually turn out bad so my guess is it will either be a re-skin of an NBA game or something unrelated to the Space Jam movies just to keep Looney Tunes relevant
Maybe something where the story plays like the recent battletoads? Less beat em up but some puzzle platforming, and arcade type levels. Then it would all culminate in an nba jam style game.
All they gotta do is give us a proper NBA Streets title but with Looney Tunes graphics.
@Xiovanni That too lol. That guy is really toxic for a basketball star.
What year is it? Oh geez that means I am old enough for movies/writers to start zombifying my childhood. Greeeeeaaat.
