If the Outriders beta for Xbox Insider members wasn’t enough this week (or you didn't manage to get in on time), Knight Squad 2 has also opened a beta for members of the program - and this time it's not limited!

Anyone who wishes to participate can do so easily through the Xbox Insiders App on console, and are granted the ability to post or stream gameplay from the game online.

How to Participate:

  1. On your Xbox console, sign-in and launch the Xbox Insider app (or install the Xbox Insider app from the Store first if needed)
  2. Navigate to Previews/Insider content > Knight Squad 2
  3. Select Join
  4. Wait for the registration to complete to be directed to the Store and install the Knight Squad 2 Beta!

Xbox has warned that anyone wishing to join may encounter issues with the Store page loading. If this happens, simply refresh the page or try again later. Additionally, there is also a known issue when attempting to press “Get” from the store. The solution is the same as before or a full console reboot if that fails.

"Knight Squad 2 is a chaotic arcade multiplayer game for up to 8 players. Pick an eccentric knight and fight for glory with wacky weaponry. Triumph over your friends in a ridiculous amount of game modes, both locally and online. It heralds the return of a beloved multiplayer experience literally anyone can play and enjoy. This time, the cartoonish characters have even more modes to fight in and wilder weapons to fight with."
