Developer 2 Ton Studios has announced that its indie platformer Unto The End will be joining Xbox Game Pass on December 9.
Unto The End is a beautiful hard-crafted looking adventure, which will be available on Xbox One or via backwards compatibility on Xbox Series X|S. Additionally, the game will be jumping onto PC on the same date.
A description for the game reads:
"Unto The End is a challenging combat adventure game in the style of a cinematic platformer. The story is simple: get home to your family. Master read-react combat in intense sword fights. Spot opportunities to trade and use items. An adventure told through your actions, how will you make it home?"
Players will engage in 2D combat that is said to be designed around "skill and mastery". Due to it being based on skill, the game is said to have very little handholding, although the trailer showcases the ability to tweak the difficulty slightly.

This looks really cool. I just hope the length isn't too long to the point the combat and choices get repetitive. Regardless, this looks like a must play in my book.
I’ll definitely check this one out!
Is it just me or does this not remind you of every video game ever shown in an episode of South Park?
@swedetrap I'm not knocking it, it's just what the art style reminds me of.
