Lots of great horror games on sale here. I personally recommend the Amnesia Collection and SOMA since they're only €3 each. Don't miss out on these phenomenal games! Both Outlast games for €5 each are also great deals.
I already own most of the really good horror games on sale, so I'm looking to buy some lesser known ones. I've heard pretty good things about Home Sweet Home and Infliction so I might get those!
Outlast 2 and The Evil Within 2 are fantastic.
I can't believe Star Wars Squadrons is already on sale along with Fifa 21 having just come out last month.
Might get Fallen Order now the Series X can lock it to 60fps and remove all of the stuttering, Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 is on my list and might pick up a few more as well.
Edit: I got both Castlevania Lords of Shadows, both Star Wars Force Unleashed, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, Silent Hill HD collection and Jedi Fallen Order
This is a great sale for me! Some games are super cheap but with the amount of them that I'll be purchasing looks like I'll still rack up a good amount of $. Can't complain!
@MAC26 yeah I just spent £60 on quite a few but Fallen Order bumped up the price a bit
Some great sales..
@carlos82 haven't done the math yet because I'm at work but I'm sure I'll be spending around that same amount later today when I go through the sale in full.
Question for those have played them, looking for an opinion or recommendation for these games:
mad max
7 days to live
ghostbusters remastered
infliction
the walking dead telltale series
zombieland double tap
OG star wars battlefront 1 and 2
OG star wars jedi starfighter
OG star wars old republic
star wars force unleashed
@FraserG or anyone? I would appreciate it
@MAC26 I'm biased with Telltale's The Walking Dead because it's one of my favourite game series ever. You'll find most of the seasons on Xbox Game Pass (and sold separately as part of this sale), but if you want the full collection, the Definitive Series is a great package.
Force Unleashed is fun but repetitive, Knights of the Old Republic is still fantastic in many ways but the gameplay is a bit dated.
Just my two cents!
The Evil Within 2 is great, I want to re-play it on Series X and the first game as well, performance is so-so on current-gen consoles.
Was waiting for Dying Light to be on sale as that was the last physical game I have that wasn't yet digital. Can now use all my physical games to put towards an Xbox series s on store credit.
@carlos82 Have you had a chance to play through the Silent Hill games? I've heard that the 360 version of the collection is worse than the PS3 one since it was never patched, but I also read that it's been enhanced on Xbox One. I already have the collection on PS3 but I would prefer to have it on a current-gen system (so that I could play it on Series X in the future if I want to). Would love to know if it's worth buying or not.
@LtSarge I've played a bit of Silent Hill 2 and yeah its rubbish compared to the original version. It's perfectly playable from what I've seen so far but I certainly wouldn't recommend it unless you really have no other way to play at the moment like I do. If anything I'm gonna look for a 60gb PS3 and pick up the PS2 original (and a few other games)
