That's it? NO SMASH!?
In all seriousness, I hope Rayman is in the next Forward
Did not do it for me.
Wanted an update on Assassins creed and some Far Cry 6 update and real gameplay.
And of course was hoping for Rayman.
Not great. Mainly since it's Ubisoft, and they've basically given up because they know they don't have to try anymore. They can crank out a dozen open-world games with 8,000,000 "missions" that are all identical and people will lap it up.
Riders Republic had me kind of interested, but then I remembered how woefully undercooked Steep and the Winter Olympics DLC was. I imagine it'll be another Trials Rising-style "LOOK YOU LOADED A MENU SO YOU GOT YET ANOTHER LOOTBOX WITH A SHIRT IN IT"-fest.
I'm down for Prince of Persia and Scott Pilgrim, even though I'm having to buy games I've already bought. They'll be better than any of their current slate.
I actually thought they had a good showing.
Immortals looks awesome.
Siege gets a 4K 120fps upgrade.
Scott Pilgrim returns.
Aiden from WD1 is back.
Riders Republic looks great & could be a big hit if it handles well.
Disappointing that Sam Fisher is added to another game which isn’t a Splinter Cell game but is that really a surprise at this point.
pretends to have never saw the PS3/360 gameplay for the Remake of the “Masterpiece” Prince of Persia
0 out of 10. Less than that now theyve added a racist gang member (Stormzy) into Watch Dogs.
And a PS2 game posing as a Remake? Yeah no thanks. Where was splinter cell?
It was a B, pretty good.
Until they give me another Splinter Cell or Beyond Good & Evil 2, Ubisoft will always get an ‘F’ from me.
I'd go with a C, Immortals actually looks fun from watching the post show. Riders Republic looks like it could be fun as well. Nothing mind blowing but not terrible either.
It didn't blow me away, no surprises i cared for (did anyone leak the Battle Royale extreme sports race game? not interested on it but curious if it was a surprise or not...)
I did like all I saw for Immortal (other than the way too long name, that name just don't click with me...) Its yet another game for my preorder list as soon as it shows up in Amazon for Series X.
I've long since stopped trying to assess Ubisoft's shows because I mostly find them meh, but when the games release I usually end up getting 3 or 4. Watch Dogs: Legion is probably the one I'm most interested in. Disappointed by the continued lack of a new Splinter Cell game.
