Xbox Cloud Gaming (also known as Project xCloud) officially arrives for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members tomorrow, September 15th, and while you'll obviously require a controller to play the vast majority of those titles, Microsoft has announced that Minecraft Dungeons specifically is getting fully optimised touch controls.
As you can see from the video above, this version of Minecraft Dungeons features a redesigned UI to make it easy to navigate the inventory or in-game menu on a smaller screen, as well as new overlays and custom layouts to optimise the game for touch.
The company says this will make Minecraft Dungeons feel like it was designed specifically for mobile, "bringing a level of familiarity to those who’ve been playing mobile games or Minecraft on a phone or tablet for years."
And if you're not a big fan of Minecraft Dungeons but you like the idea of touch controls, don't worry - the xCloud team is reportedly working to add this feature to more titles soon after the launch of the service.
Happy with this? Planning to make use of touch controls with Minecraft Dungeons? Let us know below.

Looks like a real native experience.
Touch controls suck. With buttons you don’t really need to move your fingers but with touch controls you constantly have to re adjust
Great they're doing this... yet I already ordered a Xbox controller smartphone holder.
