It looks like an alpha for the next Call of Duty has been spotted on the Microsoft Store.
The listing is for something called "The Red Door," which was previously identified via a PlayStation Store serial number listing back in June as a Call of Duty 2020 internal alpha (thanks GamesRadar).
The new Microsoft Store page for The Red Door classes it as an 81.65GB download and published by Activision (but not currently available), along with a mysterious description which you can see below:
Call of Duty 2020 is rumoured to be known as Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, suggesting a return to a historical setting for the series later this year. It remains to be seen when the game will be officially announced, but hopefully we'll hear something official about it in the relatively near future.

Here I was getting worried that there wouldn't be yet another Call of Duty game
What am I hoping to see? A campaign. No campaign, not interested. I don’t do online play.
Announcement soon 🙏🏻
"Beyond The Red Door lies...
...monetization!" 😑
I hope this has a campaign, I didn’t play black ops 4 that much
