As hinted on the Microsoft Store last week, upcoming free-to-play FPS CrossfireX is getting an open beta on Xbox One from June 25-28, while Xbox Insiders can begin trying it out right now.

If you're part of the Xbox Insiders program, you'll be able to find the beta today by heading to the Xbox Insider Hub app and navigating to Insider content > Games > CrossfireX Beta.

Everyone else will get open access to the beta from Thursday to Sunday, which is around 5.88gb in size. You can check out footage of the gameplay in IGN's multiplayer preview above.
