Pete Hines, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications at Bethesda, has taken to Twitter to announce that the company will no longer be holding a Digital Showcase this June. The reason concerns "the many challenges" the company is facing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a replacement for the Digital Showcase, Hines suggests that more information about the company's games will be revealed "in the coming months":
Even without the Digital Showcase, we're excited to see what Bethesda has in store later this year. Many fans are eagerly waiting to hear more about the highly-anticipated Elder Scrolls VI, while confirmed Xbox Series X title Starfield has only been teased thus far.
Which Bethesda games are you most looking forward to hearing about this year? Let us know in the comments.

If Starfield and Elder Scrolls aren’t ready to show yet, then maybe Bethesda doesn’t really have much of a reason for a show.
If its not ready, don't bother showing it. We still haven't forgotten the train wreck that was Fallout 76, or Skyrim that some of us were unfortunate enough to own on PlayStation 3
Course it got canned... you can't spike the drinks with laughing gas at digital events! 😜
@Alpha-2002 Haven't you heard? That's part of a new Bethesda patent. The problem was that since people would tune out after realising the event was going to be nothing but Fallout 76, there would be no one to gas
