Shredders is out now on Xbox Game Pass, and you might come across a situation during the game where you're tasked with doing a triple backflip, which isn't the easiest of tricks to pull off. So, how do you do it? Let us help you a bit.
You might find that when you do a backflip (by pulling the left stick backwards) in Shredders, you barely make one rotation. There's a way around this. What you need to do is hold RT to prepare your jump, push the left stick forwards, and then push it backwards just as you're coming off the ramp, and if you time it correctly (it's not easy), you'll get a boost and rotate at a much faster rate.
Even so, you might struggle to get beyond two rotations — you need good speed, a good ramp and perfect timing to do a triple backflip. It's going to take some practice, but you'll hopefully start mastering the timing of it eventually.
The same strategy applies when using the right stick to push from right to left. Time it right, and you'll spin much faster when you come off the ramp. The front and backflips are harder to pull off, so it'll take a while to get the hang of them.
