Back 4 Blood launched into Xbox Game Pass this week, marking another huge third-party title to arrive on day one. With such a big entry, no doubt thousands of players are jumping into the game discovering it - some of who may not have otherwise considered giving it a go. With all this said, there's going to be different opinions across the board, but what's the consensus?

We reviewed the game ahead of its launch and found it to be a worthy successor to the Left 4 Dead series. While there are some teething problems, such as balancing issues and a lack of solo progression, there's a lot of fun to be found in the cooperative shooter.

As it stands, the Metacritic score for Xbox Series X is sitting at 75, so it's looking fairly positive across the board, despite any hurdles the game may be facing. But at the end of the day, it's all about what the community thinks, so where are you sitting with Back 4 Blood after a week or so with it? Is it living up to the Left 4 Dead influences? Or does it fail to capture the magic?
