It's time for another round of Pick One! With March now behind us, we're looking back at a pretty quiet month for Xbox Game Pass, but one that still treated us to some excellent additions that we've been having a blast with so far.
We kicked things off with a huge day one addition in the form of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, and that was followed up with the likes of Guilty Gear Strive, Valheim, Ni No Kuni 2, MLB The Show 23 and more!
So, what was the best Xbox Game Pass addition in March? Remember you can only pick one!
Let's take a look at what we're working with:
Best Xbox Game Pass Addition In March? (525 votes)
- Wo Long Fallen Dynasty (March 3)
- Guilty Gear Strive (March 7)
- Valheim (March 14)
- Sid Meier's Civilization IV (March 16)
- Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom (March 21)
- MLB The Show 23 (March 28)
- Infinite Guitars (March 30)

The Show without a doubt. So nice for Jim Ryan to share this game with us evil Xbox owners.
Spent the bulk of the month playing Far Cry 6 dlc and far cry 3, but I did play Power Wash Simulator at the start of the month… so maybe that one by virtue of being the only game pass game I played 🤷
If I was to vote blindly as to what simply looks the most interesting among the months additions, I guess Wo Long, but I rather finish Persona 4 (that is currently on hold and I’m not picking back up just yet.)
It’s Wo Long for me. That said, I haven’t finished it yet. I’ll get back to it once I finish RE4R.
Poor Guilty Gear...
Well, wo long was fine and fun enough, didn't care much for anything else, despite RPGs and fighting games being my thing. But those games are just... Yeah.
Game pass really is surprisingly light on games this year.
Ni no kuni II for me. I started playing it on PS4 when it first came out, but got sidetracked with another big game that came out and never got back to it. When it landed on GamePass I thought this is the perfect opportunity to play it again, though now it looks better than ever.
None of these.
I actually don't have the time to play them, I'm 2 busy with games I bought.
No need to ask... It is "Wo long"...
Wo Long, its been my favourite 3rd party day 1 drop on gamepass since I started subscribing
valheim is the only one i played a bit but it doesn't make the wait for the next starfield delay better. my second play through of outer worlds helps more.
Sid meiers is my march game in the game pass.
@Novs Yeah, two brand new games that would cost $60-$70 each is really light…
I’d much have big new releases than a bunch of older games. But to each their own. Saved me $130 just on those two games in one month. Plus other games that I enjoy. One of the best months ever of GamePass for me!!!
Nothing for me this month. Peggle was my most played game on Xbox in March. Hopefully April has a hit with me.
I didn't see Stinky's Fart Attack on the list, what's up with that?
Wo Long without a doubt.
Wo Long by a mile. I have played quite a bit of Civ 6 since finishing Wo Long though, it's a good entry in the series. I tried Ni No Kuni and just like the first I gave up after a couple hours because the combat just isn't very good.
@Sakai totally agree. It's the best 3rd party for me too, since joining in late 2017.
