Just DLd soul hackers 2 and I'll give it a go. I wasn't crazy about atomic heart
Atomic Heart was the only Gamepass game I played in February and I thought the game was trash, so I voted for Gundam because it’s Gundam, and even if the game’s a bit mid… it’s the best option here for me. I know people may disagree, but the majority of this list is “That game is ok.”
The only I played of this list is soul hackers 2. And that's an OK game. Not as good as the persona games.
Atomic Heart by far 🔥🔥
I mostly played Dicey Dungeons. I played Atomic Heart for one day, didn't really care for it for several reasons, then it wanted a 67gb upgrade with my data near the cap and I just never went back.
At least Wo Long is good this month.
I couldn't get into Atomic Heart. So slow to get started and then it didn't grab me. I only played merge and blade, which is fun in short bursts. So it got my vote. I've played Darkest Dungeon on other systems, but not on gamepass. That's a fun game
Anyone seen the new Xbox series S toaster ? lol
Obsessed with Hogwarts Legacy, didn't even use Game Pass in Feb
Hot Wheels is kinda baller. Enough so that I ended up buying it in that deep 80% discount it had a bit ago.
@Kaloudz I think it is lol
@Kaloudz To me the more baffling thing is they use the marketing budget to make a fridge and a toaster but still haven’t seen a single Xbox Series X|S ad, not even a Game Pass ad.
Xbox’s marketing is terrible 🤦🏻♂️
@IOI I saw a comparison of the latest playstation / Nintendo & Xbox ads & it was embarrassing how bad the Xbox one was compared to playstations , Nintendo wasn't bad either Xbox was just advertising some free to play games alongside the series S & gamepass
merge and blade nothing else was interesting unfortunetely.
Darkest Dungeon is an all time great but it's been on the service before, so Atomic Heart.
Soul Hackers 2, for sure. It's what I resubbed to play. No interest in the rest.
Only GamePass games (that I didn’t own already) that I played this month were Hi-Fi Rush, Persona 4 Golden and Solitaire. I also played Skyrim but I already owned it.
Of those, my favorite would have to be Hi-Fi Rush, might go back to it at some point for some achievements, even if I know it’s imposible for me to 1k that game. I just never will play that game in the top difficulty.
If the question is what game that was added in February interested me the most, though, I would Say Soul Hackers 2, although already own it and is in my backlog. Intrigued to try Atomic Heart, but got my hands full with P4G and Powerwash Simulator.
Been playing Soul Hackers 2, it's OK. A bit flat and uninspired, but servicial enough to keep going. Not as colorful as P5R and miles away from the great SMTV.
I'm glad it's on Game Pass.
fallout new vegas.
@esotericdaniel Yes I’m also driven to play Hogwarts Legacy and ignore Game Pass lol. It’ll be there when I return to it... eventually.
Not really into any of those games and I already own soul hackers 2
@somnambulance Gotta agree with you. I tried playing it, several times. Just couldn't do it.
@Romans12 There’s so much I wanted to like about it, but then it just devolved into fetch quests and locks and I just didn’t like the rhythm of the game. The technical issues didn’t help me with it either. The glitches I encountered were absolutely gamebreaking, like not being able to complete quests without restarting the game or BUTTON INPUTS FLAT OUT NOT WORKING. Yeah, I put that in caps. It’s absolutely a ridiculous problem to have in a game multiple times. I haven’t given a game a 4/10 score in a while and honestly there’s a part of me that feels I’m being generous with that score because I’m a Supernatural fan (and thus am glad to see Jensen Ackles voice a gaming character) and I enjoyed the art, visuals, and soundtrack.
@somnambulance Alot of what you experienced, I did/thought as well. Also, I thought the controls felt unfinished. Some of the areas were strangely dark (even when adjusting brightness) and the performance issues were real bad. But the music was very good and they obviously put alot of work into it.
@Romans12 I feel like most everyone outside the level designers, QA testers, and such put in a lot of work into it. I’ve never seen such a visual spectacle have such janky animations too. It’s utterly bizarre. The ski-lift area thing was the strangest part too. I just remember it having the choppiest animation and then my right joy stick and trigger inputs failed, so I couldn’t tell with much accuracy when the machines were coming to hit me and then my character couldn’t turn his head and then enemies started attacking and literally all I could do was strafe away from them until I got fed up and restarted the game. I figured it’d be fixed when I got back, but the same thing happened. Lol.
To quote an old joke, “In Soviet Union, game plays you.”
